ALBI Score Laborrechner

Die Berechnung des "Albumin-Bilirubin (ALBI) Scores" ermöglicht eine Einstufung der Leberfunktion bei Personen mit hepatozellulärem Karzinom.
Der Score wurde 2015 von Johnson et al.^[1] entwickelt.
Die Bestimmung des ALBI Scores basiert auf den Laborwerten für Albumin und Bilirubin (gesamt):

ALBI Score = 0.66 * log( 17.104 * Bilirubin (mg/dl) ) - 0.085 * Albumin (g/l)
